Summary of Job Scope:
Perform customer logistics management to align with work flow according to protocol suggested by customer service supervisor, while dealing directly with both customers and other departments mediator. And subsequently handling customer complaints or any major incidents
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers upon arrival
- Carry out registration process for customers
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide information on medical services details
- Coordinate with other department to ensure that customers receive high standard of service
- Provide escort services for VIPs
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Participate in customer service development
- Assist with purchasing of various supplies for the medical centre
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Key Qualifications Required:
- Good customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in all situations
- Able to handle fundamental computer programs and attend to emails
- Customer service experience in healthcare will be an advantage
- Good command of English
- Able to converse in simple Mandarin will be an advantage
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
