Direct Report: F&B Manager
Job Description
• Set up workstations for bar and restaurant
• Ensure that all cutleries/plates and cups is available to serve customer
• Able to monitor customer experience to make sure customer is satisfied
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the bar and dining room
• Ensure all fruits and other items are stored properly
• Check quality of ingredients of the bar
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
• Washing cups and equipment used by the bar
• Supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating standard
• Train staff about beverage trends and new SOP
• Beverage inventory control
• Ensures product quality and great service
• Delegates and follows-up effectively
Job Requirement
• Proven experience as F&B /restaurant supervisor
• Punctual and dress according to dress code
• Knowledge of making juices and coffee
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a team
• Able to communicate well in English
• Excellent physical condition and stamina
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
