Sales Manager

Reports To         :  Center Manager & Medical Director
Department      :  Sales & Marketing

Summary of Job Scope

This position will drive the account development efforts according to the philosophy of the Center. To build and develop strong business acumen.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop, cultivate and maintain partnerships with agents, distributors, corporate and other strategic partners
  • Lead the organization of trade fair and road show participations
  • Cultivate relationships with government agencies such as TAT and MOH to benefit from public support of the industry
  • Participate in the corporate annual budgeting and strategic planning processes
  • Prepare and submit sales call and new account win reports to the Director
  • Analyze key account indicators to understand sources of revenues and profits
  • Plan and develop program to increase brand awareness
  • To work with divisional directors to plan for strategic promotions for individual departments
  • Head and coordinate internal public relation requirements
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure professional execution of commitments

Key Qualifications Required:

  • At least 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience in the travel/hospitality industry
  • Fluency in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be sales and relationship driven and service oriented
  • Interest in Health and Wellness strongly desirable
